Keeping a record of clients’ information, preferences, and possible contraindications is essential in any professional salon or spa environment.

Client Consultation Cards are a way of keeping a record of everything that happens in the salon. They are an essential tool for building trust with clients and allow therapists to offer customised services and create treatment plans. Consultation Cards also protect the therapist and client in the event of complications during or after treatment. Information about possible contraindications helps therapists ensure they provide the best service to clients.
While unlikely, it can happen and having documentation to refer back to can help resolve the issue. A physical record of information means not having to rely on memory to remember details, and is an important part of establishing a professional environment.
