Both are removed without strips, but film wax spreads in a thinner, more flexible layer, so it goes further and can be used on larger areas as well as the face and intimate areas. Hot wax is applied more thickly and is best suited to smaller, sensitive areas.
Azulene Film Wax is a calming, creamy formula that is popular for sensitive skin and intimate areas. Prepare the skin with Cleanser & Toner and Pre-Waxing Oil, and finish with Aloe Soothing Gel.
We recommend it. A thin layer of Pre-Waxing Oil creates a light barrier so the wax grips the hair rather than the skin. This reduces pulling and redness, especially on sensitive areas, and helps the wax remove cleanly in one piece.
