Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Refunds

Due to wax being a hygiene sensitive product, once you have accepted your order, no refunds are allowed as part of hygiene and safety regulations. You may return most damaged, faulty or incorrect items within 10 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

To initiate a return/refund, please contact us at with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed  within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Downloadable digital products
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods (e.g. wax, opened cosmetics, skincare, or personal items)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary)
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
